Weichai Power European Science & Technology Innovation Center was formerly known as the Weichai Power (Germany) Hydraulic Transmission Innovation Center. It was officially inaugurated in Aschaffenburg, Germany, on November 19, 2017, as Weichai Power Group's product innovation center in Europe. 

On January 24, 2025, it officially changed it's name to Weichai Power European Science & Technology Innovation Center.

Weichai Power European Science and Technology Innovation Center focuses on monitoring, analyzing and researching cutting-edge hydraulic technology and new energy technology. Its business involves intelligent hydraulic systems, intelligent hydraulic components, intelligent sensing technology, intelligent electronic control technology, intelligent powertrain, Electrification and other fields.
