On January 24, 2025, the Center officially changed its name to Weichai Power European Science & Technology Innovation Center.

The current Weichai Power European Science & Technology Innovation Center was officially inaugurated in Aschaffenburg, Germany on November 19, 2017. It is the product innovation center of Weichai Power Group in Europe.

Weichai Power European Science & Technology Innovation Center focuses on monitoring, analyzing and researching cutting-edge hydraulic technology and new energy technology. Its business involves intelligent hydraulic systems, intelligent hydraulic components, intelligent sensing technology, intelligent electronic control technology, intelligent powertrain, application of new energy in construction machinery and other fields.
